What happened ?

OVH's SBG2 data center in Strasbourg, located in Alsace, was completely devastated by a fire.

Most of the servers, including backups, were located in the OVH SBG2 data center and have been irreparably destroyed, resulting in a significant data loss.

This is the end ...

Due to the current situation, we have decided to bring the OrdCom adventure to an end. With the imminent disappearance of SA-MP and the fact that we have neither expanded our range of services nor updated our technologies (website, control panel, etc.) in recent years, it is clear that we are no longer profitable, and our perseverance is primarily motivated by nostalgia.

After nearly 13 years, it's time to end this service. Ideally, this should have been a decision made autonomously rather than being forced by a fire causing a considerable data loss.

We want to express our gratitude to our customers for their loyalty over the years. We are deeply saddened by the loss of data and sincerely apologize.

Refunds ?

Regarding refunds, all orders placed since early March have already been refunded. Customers with active services (except for domains) can request a refund (only via PayPal) for the remaining duration from March 10, 2021, providing the necessary documentation (order, renewal, invoice).

Other services ?

As for other services, for SA-MP, we recommend a free service available here. For customers with domains, you will be contacted to assist in transferring them to another host.

- Have my data been permanently lost ?
Yes, in addition to the main servers, the backup servers were also affected by the fire and cannot be restored.

- Who is responsible for the data ?
When placing an order or renewing, you agreed to our Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS). We disclaim any responsibility for data loss or events beyond our control. Customers are always responsible for regularly backing up their data.

- Will I get a refund ?
Yes, for the remaining duration (excluding domains). Upon presentation of documentation (order, renewal, invoice), a refund (only via PayPal) for the remaining duration from March 10, 2021, can be requested via email.

- Did the data center really burn down ?
